Game Day "Crack Sandwiches" Recipe

You will need:

1 package Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
1 package thin sliced deli ham
1 package sliced swiss cheese
1 stick of butter
2 tsp onion powder
3 Tbsp dijon or spicy brown mustard
1 Tbsp worchestershire sauce
3 tsp poppy seeds

Directions:

Without pulling the rolls apart, cut the whole sheet of them down the middle (so you have a sheet of “tops” and a sheet of “bottoms”). Line a 9×13 pyrex dish with foil and place the bottoms in the pan.Melt the butter in the microwave and whisk in all other ingredients (minus the ham/cheese). Pour HALF of the mixture over the bottoms of the rolls in the pan.

Layer the ham across the rolls, then the cheese slices. Put the tops on the sandwiches and drizzle the other half of the butter mixture on top.

Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 20 mins. (You can make these a few hours ahead, drizzled and all, and refridgerate until time to bake…then I just add a couple minutes’ bake time to compensate for how cold they are). Cut apart after uncovering from foil and serve HOT!
